I get error '8004020f' when trying to send an email from my site
Solution You will receive the error '8004020f' when you are trying to send an email from an address that has not been set up on the server and your website has a dedicated IP address

e.g.

you are sending an email from from info@yourdomain.com however sales@ and John@ are the only two email addresses you have set up.

Resolution:

Change the from address to an account that exists or create the new account for the new address.
